Trinity Resources
We are a local congregation of a global movement called Methodism. In a nutshell a Methodist is one who
earnestly strives both inward and outward to experience the grace, compassion, and love of God.
We affirm that the journey toward oneness with our Creator is both an inward journey, consisting of the practice
of various spiritual disciplines, and the outward journey consisting of actions of mercy and actions of justice.
We believe that God is the power that can free us from the political oppression of empire and from the psychological
terrors of death and fear.
We believe that God favors the widow, orphan, and vulnerable and seeks partners to restore them to dignity and opportunity.
We believe that God cares for the outcast and the enemy and strives to soften our hearts so that we too will care.
